Teaching has been a part of my life for much longer than ThinkPlus. It started back in school when I used to tutor students to earn some pocket money. At the time, I never imagined that something I was doing on the side would eventually become the work I cared most about.

After completing my engineering degree, I set myself a goal — to crack CAT and make it to an IIM. While preparing, I joined a CAT coaching institute as a trainer. It was a practical decision at first. Teaching Quantitative Aptitude and logical problem-solving helped me support myself while preparing for the exam, and in many ways, teaching became my own preparation ground.

But somewhere along the way, something changed. I started enjoying the process of helping a student understand a concept more than solving the problem for myself. Watching someone struggle with a question, helping them see it differently, and then seeing that moment when it finally clicks — that became far more rewarding than I had expected.

The classroom that started as a way to support my preparation became the place where I discovered what I wanted to build. I went on to become a 99 percentile CAT performer and an alumnus of IIM Udaipur, but my journey after that wasn't limited to education. I've worked as a Program Manager at Paytm and gained experience across startup incubation, institutional management, and the test prep industry. I also had the opportunity to win the Best Pitcher Award at a national-level startup competition conducted by IIM Udaipur.

Each of these experiences shaped how I look at students and their preparation today.

Over the years I've worked with hundreds of aspirants preparing for CAT, IPMAT, and other management entrance examinations, and have been fortunate to see 100+ students make it to IIMs and other leading business schools before we started thinkplus.

What I've learned from those experiences is simple: students don't always need more classes. They need someone who understands where they are, what they're struggling with, and what they should do next.

That belief is what led me to build ThinkPlus.

I wanted to create an environment where conceptual clarity, personalised mentorship, meaningful practice, and honest feedback come together — where students aren't expected to fit into a fixed system, but where the preparation adapts to the student.

For me, ThinkPlus isn't just about helping students clear an entrance examination. It's about helping them understand their potential, make informed choices, and develop the confidence to take on whatever comes next.

I was a teacher before I knew I wanted to be one. Today, as an entrepreneur, I'm trying to build the kind of learning environment that I wish every student had access to.
