As the Chief Trainer for Verbal Ability at Thinkplus, he focuses on helping students go beyond just “clearing IPMAT.” His sessions are built around how you think, how you express, and how you make sense of ideas under pressure—skills that matter as much in interviews and group discussions as they do in the exam itself.
Having worked with 100+ students preparing for competitive exams and final selection rounds, Anish brings a strong focus on communication, storytelling, and self-awareness into the classroom. His training draws from structured modules on personality, communication, and real interview prep—backed by hands-on experience in coaching students through high-stakes selection processes.
What makes his approach different is the blend of classroom teaching with real-world exposure. Before Thinkplus, Anish worked across consulting, microfinance, and social impact—designing training programs, leading communication initiatives, and working closely with diverse communities across India. These experiences shape how he teaches: practical, contextual, and rooted in real life, not just textbooks.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), along with a background in Business Management from Andhra University—bringing both academic depth and field experience into the learning process.
Beyond teaching, Anish also works as a career coach—helping students understand themselves better, articulate their ambitions, and make more informed choices..
