Under his leadership at ThinkPlus Education, 55+ students have further cracked premier institutes such as IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak and other top IIMs through his structured guidance and teaching.

He began his career at T.I.M.E., driving large-scale student outreach and business growth, and later served as Branch Manager at IACE, leading academic operations, marketing, and performance management. As President of YGOI (Generation Zaagruthi), he spearheaded social initiatives that impacted thousands of underprivileged students, building strong teams and sustainable programs.
RamaKrishna gained international exposure in Singapore, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and designing employee acquisition and retention strategies, addressing high attrition and optimizing organizational performance.
During his India Agriculture Fellowship at Mindtree, he implemented technology-driven solutions for farmers, mobilized 500+ farmers to establish Farmer Producer Organizations, and strengthened rural supply chains for sustainable impact.
